Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
-non gated, anyone can just about sneak up on you
-security guard gives the tenants a hard time instead of trespassers
-during 9am -6pm de anza kids running around like lost ants looking for parking
-instead of renewing the rate for the second year, they force you to move to another apartment to get that rate.
-Annoying cars making obnoxious noises at 3am
-unable to get out of the apartments with ease, cars just zoom by and you have no visibility on the incoming traffic
