One of the better places I have lived at so far. I used to live at Glenbrook from 02-05, but left for Arizona to care for my ailing mother.

Not sure what some people are talking about. I got a partial refund of my deposit and took pretty good care of my place. I did not bother to clean at vacate, and the cleaning fees weren't cheap, but I made sure I did not ruin or stain the carpet. I would really like to see some of these apartments others moved out of and really see if they took care of it the way they say they did. I had a neighbor, nice person and all, but I think he used to cook and eat in the living room while watching TV, because it looked like all of his food was imbedded into the diningroom/living room carpet from spilling. How do I tell my neighbor his place is a mess'

I plan to come back soon to the area, as I am currently looking around for places. I have been checking out the sites and there are a lot of choices and new places opening up all the time and I might try a newer place this time. Glenbrook is an older building, not sure how old. I want to shop around first, but I know I felt comfortable here, which is a plus.

The Glenbrook place looked great, maintenance was pretty responsive, My friends lived at places whrere Managers were slow to respond to their needs, which I will not accept, especially for what rent costs in the area. Some of these various apartment complexes, people complain about their apartmetns never getting fixed, but that will not be a place I will choose to live at.

I was originally referred here by a co-worker and would recommend to others as well. I liked the park right next door, especially with festivals. Pretty safe here too. I like coffee, so I loved the free coffee shop for residents.
