I live here since past one year and I will be moving out soon. This is a beautiful and safe neighbourhood with lot of amenities. But it comes at a premium. The apartments are spacious though slightly older. I like the greenery and water streams. Management is decent and generally maintainance requests are addressed promptly. However this winter hot water ran out quite a few times.

pros:
1. spacious apartments.
2. Good amenities, tennis courts, pool table, swimming pools, sauna and more.
3. Beautiful landscape and gardens.
4. viscinity to highway 85 and 280.
5. cupertino school district.
6. large deck/patio.
7. Lot of free parking.

cons:
1. Too expensive
2. Management policies could be more friendly.
for ex - you have to deposit a 50 $s check and checkout pool table queueballs.
3. No A/C
4. old apartments
5. It gets really dark on the inner streets and pathways after sunset.

To summarize it, I would say its a good place to live, but definitely not worth the money you pay for it.
