Been here a year now and my roommates and I love it. We are going to school at DeAnza, so it is within walking distance and so is Jamba Juice. We like the tennis courts and the coffee service, not to mention the rental office staff is wonderful.

Rents seem a little high, but it is worth it, but if not for our parents right now, we would not be able to afford it on our own. We don't want to leave anytime soon. The property looks great, but is an older building. The nature aspect of the property is very peaceful. Also, the neighbors are very polite and respectful.

Any updates to your experience? Are you still feeling the same way when you wrote about the experience? I'm planning to move there soon. Hows the move out charges? I'm looking at people who have moved out recently. Thanks
