Pros:
Good maintenance
Management has changed and the manager (Michael) is pretty good at fixing ur problems. But warning...high turnover...everyone in the office changed from the time we moved in to the time we left...including the manager
No ant problems here like other residents (bldg 5)
No DSL available at Hamptons but they do have Broadband cable, which gave us no problems
AC/Heating cools and heats well
CONS:
Horrible parking unless u have the assigned parking
I lived in a 2bedrm and my roommate (who didn't have assigned parking) had a terrible time finding parking
Guests have an even tougher time since they have to park outside the complex outside the gates (a fair hike)
If u live in bldg 5 or 6, (near Pruneridge Ave) u will have a lot of noise from the cars (& BUS STOP) below
Fairly thin ceiling so u can hear the 3rd floor neighbors
Pretty expensive for what you get
Fitness center pretty small for the # of tenants the have here
The reason my roommate and I moved out was because of the parking situation. It was that bad, otherwise we would have stayed.
I did get a car theft and break in notice from the apt complex, but it never happened to us (2003 Acura CL & 1999 Accord)
