If you like ducks, this is the place for you. Waterways line the apartment complex and ducks aplenty swim up and down them. The apartment complex itself has suffered some neglect, typical of most all apartment complexes in the Silicon Valley. Everything looks great on the outside but there are only a few shelves and storage areas. If you like the RETRO 1970's look, again, this is the place for you!!!! The prices are really high; I figure it's because of the ducks. I would recommend it if you like ducks. Ducks are after all pretty cool to live around. You can feed them, pet them, tease them, entertain them, etc. (Well I don't think you're supposed to feed them but who cares)
