Would not recommend living at the Biltmore

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
We lived at the Biltmore from 2001-2003. Let me give you a run-down of crap we had to put up with.
- planted shrub right outside our bedroom and bathroom windows (no privacy). Management promised to fix the problem, after 1 1/2 yrs later it remains the same.
- poor insulation quality between upstairs and downstairs. The noise from our upstairs neighbors just walking normal sounded like they were pounding on the floor. They also complained that we were too loud when our television was not even turned up.
- young children not being supervised.
- we had a broken sliding glass door for 6 months. After several attempts to fix it, they just left it as is stating "we placed parts on order and have to wait for them to arrive"
These are just a FEW problems we had!
