Response to "Terrible. Avoid living here." From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   You said, "I have lived at the Biltmore Apartments for two years. Initially, they purported to be family friendly. The environment has become increasing family unfriendly, with restrictions on play areas and hot tub use. I had hoped for a home for my children not a hostile place." If you'd go through and read all of the other comments, you would notice complaints of loud, unsupervised children. Your lack of parenting is annoying EVERYONE ELSE. I don't need to hear your children outside yelling, screaming, and slamming a ball back and forth in front of and sometime against my apartment. I didn't ask for your children, why am I having to deal with them' As for the hot tub, there was a problem with parents allowing their little ones to swim in it with their diapers on. What an attractive place to relax for EVERYONE ELSE. If you have managed to hack off Mark, the current manager, then I'm going to assume that the problem lies with you. Mark has been nothing but helpful, courteous, and kind to me and my wife. Please keep your children out of the parking lot and street. It is not a playground. Ryan Adams
