Look elsewhere!

First of all, insulation is really bad. Every time our neighboor was taking a shower, it was terribly noisy. We got to hear the same story from other residents.
Second, we didn?t really feel at home sometimes. It happened that some workers came into our apartment couple times and the management didn?t care to ask for our permission.
Third, many times we got water and electrical shortages due to maintenance and the constructions going on.
Fourth, when we signed our lease, we were told some construction was going to happen but they never mentionned we would lose our parking space. Finding a parking space became a nightmare. We had to park on the street wherever we could and even got tickets. When we talked to the management about it, we were twice promised to get a garage for an additional $50 a month, but never heard back from them.
When our lease reached its term, the management proposed us to extend the lease for a price that was even higher than the advertised price for this apartment on the web - despite the construction going on just in front of our living room.
As a conclusion, look elsewhere before considering renting at "The Bitmore". Don?t spend your money in something that?s not worth the price!
