Nice but noisy -- not a good value

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Noise is the biggest issue. They are always doing construction and they send out the weed blower at 8 AM. Management is unhelpful and bossy. Price is not cheap. Interiors are very nice. Kitchens have windows.
