Good value for a 3 bedroom

Yes, construction has been ongoing, especially on one side of the complex as they are building more houses, but my room's area has been completed, and its pretty quiet and nice with lawns, lakes and trees. When I moved to Silicon Valley area from NY, this was the only place in the Cupertino School District where I can find a 3 bedroom apartment, W/D in unit, recently renovated, and rent under $2,500. I checked other complexes, such as Avalon, Hamptons, Forgehead, Cherry Orchard (Sunnyvale), but 3 bedrooms were much more expensive, and quite frankly, I could not see a difference in terms of quality that would justify the significant difference in rent.
