They will lure you here with a reasonable rental price (given the slow rent market now) and then as soon as your lease is up, they will jack up the prices (by a couple hundred $$). Also on move-out rip they will rip you off, by charging for cleaning (regardless of whether you hire your own service, or do an immaculate job yourself) and painting. The previous posters who complained about the cheap quality of the remodel are correct, as paint peels and spackle chips (which is why they later charge for repainting, to cover up for the new prospective tenant.) Also, the ducks are everwhere (read: disgusting duck poop).
