Slow and rude management, too $$$

I have been living here for a couple of months. They were renovating when I moved in, and they are still renovating.
Before I moved in I specifically asked many times if they are going to renovate around me, and they said all apartments have been renovated. Well both people lied, because they are renovating apartments around mine.
The management is very rude, and even aggressive, even though I am not an complaining resident. Never even think of asking them a simple question, it is like they have very little time and are the only over worked people. They say they are there until 6PM and then when you rush to the office at 5:45, they have left for the day.
Service is slow, to get a tap fixed they may take 3 or more days, more than one call, and more than one trip.
Its more expensive than other comparable apartments.
There is very little parking at night after 6:30PM, and parking bays are taken up by construction containters.
