nice new kitchen. quieter than most other apartments. very good ventilation. kind of cold in the winter i think because the insulation of the apartment is not very good. Excellent location (walking distance to the Valco mall, parks, library, 7-11) need more phone jacks, recently able to get DSL from DirecTV DSL, nice pool and childrens playground. Construction seems to be almost finished.
