Just moved in a couple months ago. Should have listened to negative reviews. Not only agree with previous poster about the smell, but the sight of MOLD. Old building, questionable construction. Besides, isn't mold a health concern' Also, work orders take forever and they won't tell you when someone might come by. You must allow them to enter while you're out, or your problem may never be fixed. Also hearing from neighbors of bold rent hikes once your lease is up.
