We have been here for a half year now, so far so good. We live in a relatively new unit, so we don??t have the mold problem some other residents complained about. Our unit is on top of garages, so we do hear the garage doors sometimes, but other than that, it??s very quite. The management has been nice and helpful so far. The location of this complex is very convenient. The area is safe and family-friendly. We are a bit concerned about the price, we expect they would raise the price when our lease expires, but this happens at other places too. So as long as the price is reasonable, we would accept it. Overall, I would say that the biltmore apartment is a very nice place to live.
