We moved here from Manhattan and are very happy with the Biltmore Apartments. OK, we were use to paying twice as much as we are now for less space, but that aside, it is still a great complex. It is immacualtely maintained, everyone gets a private, sigle-car garage, the staff has always been nice to us and our garbage disposal was fixed within 24 hours of reporting problems. Of course there are lots of children! Cupertino has one of the best school systems in CA, thus attracting lots of families to any apartment complex or neighborhood. If you want a location with minimal kids, do not move to Cupertino.
