Lake Biltmore Apartments

The nicest apartment complex in the Silicon Valley From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We have lived here for almost a year now and find The Biltmore Apartments to be the nicest place to live in the Silicon Valley. The staff are courteous and very professional. The Maintenance Staff respond very quickly to all calls and get the problem fixed as soon as possible. The complex is well maintained and now that the construction is over, there are parking spaces - as well as garages - for everyone in the complex. The trees and landscaping gives you the feeling of living at a prestiegous location. The pool is very large and located in the middle courtyard. The spa and sauna gives a welcome relief and the end of a hard day at work. The only negative thing that I can say, is that many young children are unsupervised while playing. But that is not the fault of the Biltmore management staff. They are not babysitters nor lifeguards. Parents and guardians must watch their children. That is not the responsibility of the staff.
