i,VE LIVED HERE A LONG TIME AND I REALIZE THIS IS A OLDER BUILDING,BUT THEREFORE THERE SHOULD BE MORE REGULAR UPKEEP AND MORE THAN ONE POOR GUY TO DO IT ALL! I THINK THE OWNERS SHOULD MAKE A REALISTIC DECISION AND HIRE MORE PERSONNEL,UNLESS IT IS THEIR PLAN TO BURN OUT ONE PERSON WITH THE WORKLOAD AND THUS BEGIN THE REVOLVING DOOR OF EVER CHANGING MANAGEMENT!THE LOCATION IS GOOD,BUT FROM A CONSTRUCTION STANDPOINT,THIS PLACE IS NOT AGING WELL! I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE!
