The apartment complex itself is old, but the manager and staff are very helpful. Perfect location with Cupertino Schools & De Anza College. The only downfall is the laudry facilities. There are only 3 washers & 3 dryers in each on of the laundry rooms and other tenants don't respect the fact that they aren't the only ones using the machines. When living there I always wished that managment would try to to increase the number of machines and send out letters reminding the tenants about the laundry room courtesy. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
