I have lived here since 1999. I strongly disagree with the other reviews here. The maintenance team is great although they have a lot to deal with after the incompetencies of prior maintenance personnel. There are only two men & a property of this size and age should have at least four men, especially during the summer months when turn-over is occuring. Office personnel are very approachable as well as being professionals. I can strongly recommend this complex because I live here myself.
