Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
of very very very old laundry. Further, looks like they clean the rooms once in 2 years. Be cautious if you want your clothes back in good condition.
No gym (rather a small gym with century old equipment).
Swimming puddle's water temperature is not controlled.
15% premium in rent compared to other communities in the locality.
Almost no extra parking. Guests need to park 3/4 mile away and walk.
And finally, no maintenance. Yes, they don't do it. You are on your own if something breaks. Very unhelpful people. Owner/property maintainers are very miserly.
No gardens, no fountains, a tiny place.
But, ah, you are right! Only point is schools are near by, within walking distance.
