Very poor maintenance. You need to follow up with them for months for little things. There are two maintenance people and the community is very small. What they do no one knows.

Many times we saw them digging pits in the garden repairing pipes and sitting around them for sometime and never close them properly.

The laundry is fit to be in a museum, and they open it very late and sometimes, it was told, they open when you go and wake them up at 9am or so!

Its true the schools are nearby and that is the reason all those people are staying there and the owner knows it!

The previous manager at least listened to you but the current one just ignores.

Parking is a big problem.

Being helpless I moved out recently.
