Lived in several apartments in Bay Area, and had the most unpleasant experience here. Schools are the bright spot on which they ride, rest is all bad. They have no respect for residents from whom they get money, look at the often threatening mass notices. The managers are the only people who smoke in the open next to your apartment here. Maintenance takes years if not months and the apartments are old with lot of problems. Most of the time the laundry doesn't work properly and is very dirty, looks like no body cleans the place. Uneven side walks here and there, full of water on the way when it rains. In the so called tiny gym broken things are there for ever. The previous poster has to note that doing one work in one apartment doesn't change the equation.
