But I am also a resident that enjoys living here very much. I have worked and lived at The Podium for over 7 years. I enjoy living and working at such a great place. The area is great and The Podium is the best place I have lived. The Podium is 106 units located in Cupertino. The building was built in 1991 -13 years ago. We are on the same street as the new library, City Hall, and across the street from the fire department. Our schools are in Cupertino School district and rated some of the best in California. Eaton Elementary is a 7 min walk from The Podium. The property has 16 different floor plans. We have single story and town homes. Some have washer and dryers, High ceilings, and fireplaces.
