I am a resident here for two years. I think the first reviewer has already captured the essense.

The management team of (Sabrina and Rick) is very nice till you move here and sign the lease. After that, they show you their true colors. You are going to get notice every days stuck at your door for this and that. These guys really treat you like a little school kid as if you are living here for free. They must qualify for dumbest and (perhaps)also the meanest people in the business. They totally lack people skills.

If you late to deposit a rent cheque even by five minutes, they will insist you to add $50 and also for five minutes delay they will ask you to pay $50 add on fine.

There are significant maintenance problems in the complex. Expect lots of ants in your apartment everytime it rains. The fumigation person is scheduled to come only on thursday for about an hour, and if you can't be there - sorry you are out of luck for another week. He is another royality. He treats you as if he is doing you a favour.

Toilet/sewers backup often in many apartments. Maintenance is very patchy. The office is open only for a few hours on on week days, and mostly there is no one there even on weekdays. So if you lock yourself out, you are out of luck. also, don't exepect any emergency services. Except an unheated swimming pool (with no change room) that you can use in summer, there is no other useful facility.

There are all knind of horror stories when people vacate. These guys are so mean that they will deduct $3 for each bulb that is found fused. Don't expect your deposit back and expect them to add a lot of useless maintenance charges when you move out.

Beware - don't sign there contract. There are better and cheaper choices.
