I currently live at the Pointe for over seven years now. I know most of the people who live at the Pointe, and I?m sure they would agree with me that they would not be living here if it wasnt a nice place to live. Three years ago they remodeled my apartment for me as well as the rest of the property. I am a normal American and expect some complaints, but none as petty as in the first couple of reviews. In defense for the staff in the office, I think it is very naive for someone to throw out names like in the previous comment. The staff at the Pointe has a job to do and guide lines to follow. Just the other day I was talking to Serbrina and they dont even have anymore openings for apartments. Must not be that bad!

SHORT STORY:
I was in the office one day filing out a service request when another one of those guys walked in and started to cry about getting a late rent notice on his door. Its funny because you have five days plus the next morning to pay the rent or else you have to pay an extra 50 dollars. Big deal, thats what happens so that you dont do it again. So this guy was so rude to interrupt our conversation for over ten minutes. I dont know what country he was from but I?m sure they have rules also. It was actually entertaining to see him beg for the 50 dollars.

Just to go along the list of complaints,

1)our apartment has ants in the winter also. I think thats why exterminators have jobs. Because thats what happens when it rains outside! It happens once, then they spray, and thats it. As far as the ant man in concerned, EXPECT TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOU TREAT OTHERS...hes a nice guy.
2)there are two pools on the property and I notice that they do have one of them heated and the smaller one isnt. At least the big is the warm one.
3)I dont think that either of the staff get any of the money that gets charged to people moving out. When you move out and leave the place a mess you get charged. Thats nothing new! Hello people! Out of all my friends that have moved out over the past seven years, I?ve never heard about them being over charged. FEATHERS OF A FLOCK FLY TOGETHER...As to be so ignorant some people just like to complain, not even knowing what they?re talking about. As I see it, these previous comments are nothing more than self prossecution against their own judgment.
