As far living there our rent was just outragous, but so was everyone else at the time we were there. But other then the high rent and all after reading the other problems with the facility we never had the problems with the ants. We had problems with rats and cockroaches. Had to have the apartment sprayed more then 3 or 4 times to get rid of the pesky buggers. When we moved in the carpet was nice and clean like it was just steam cleaned, then no less then a month the carpet had big dirt stains that was most likely brought up from the pad, because we never wore shoes in the place. We also had problems with the drain in the pantry spitting out water from clogged drains. But othere then all those problems that we had it seemed to be somewhat liveable..
