I am completely shocked by the majority of the comments made regarding the Pointe at Cupertino. I have lived here almost 2 years and have signed a total of 3 leases. I hope to not move out any time soon either. My rent has been lowered after we first moved in. If I have a maintenance issue I have it attended to no later than the following day. (Unless I request it be done at a more convenient time). I have had a few ant problems, but never even needed to call out an exterminator. $.50 ant sticks cleared the problem up in one day. (of course aided by a can of Raid). Since I always pay my rent on time, I can't speak about late policies, but then again, if you are late there are consequences regardless of where you live. Sounds like John should try my last place where if you are late twice you will come home to a letter on your door called an eviction notice. I think Serbrina (and Rick while he was here) are wonderful people and have been helpful before I signed the lease and even after.

I highly reccomend the Pointe at Cupertino, and in fact, have, many times, to even my closest friends. You won't find a more PROFESSIONAL management team anywhere.
