Don't ever move in, you'll regret!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Water shuts off for hours, without notice. This happens every other day, during day and middle of night. The attitude of the management is getting from bad to worse. The management changes faster than the disgusted tenants move out. About time someone questions the management and make them treat the tenants decently.
