I Made a Mistake., U Better Not....

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I will be completing my 1yr stay in Fountains on Jan?03, here is my mistake
Good Things
1. At least My Appt was Spacious.
Bad Things
1. No Security, My Friends Car got stolen from there, I heard atleast once Car gets stolen each year, and still Management does not have any answer. Best thing is they make sure No Body knows about it.
2. Initally never got a hot water after 9:00 am
3. I had to pay to get the telphone hooks working
4. at least once a month to 4-5 days , water is not there that too no Notice.
5. No Parking available for Guests.
6. No Club House, No Fitness Center
whatsoever, cold water Swimming Pool
7. Very Bad, Careless, too Arrogant Management.
8. I just now got a notice, I need to sign a lease or my rent will go up from 1200 to 1300, from next Month.
