Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Everything about this apartment complex is bad. This is the worst place on the face of earth. I finally had to move out.
Here are few from the long list:
1. Very Bad, Careless, too Arrogant Management. Worst management I have ever seen here. They have got no respect to the tenants.
2. No hot water in the morning. If you are lucky, then you might get hot water in the afternoon.
3. Shutting down water at least 4-5 times month. Many times with not advance notice.
4. No Parking available for Guests.
5. Very bad maintenance.
Not recommended.
NOTE: Talk to the existing tenants before going for any lease
