1. First of all, management is very poor and rude. They think, if anything in apartment does not work then tenants are responsible. And avoid coming for service or talk rudely over phone.

2. Their only work in office is to take nice pictures and put notice on apartments. I do not know how owner does not know this. If I would be the owner, I would have taken feedback about employee from all tenants for every quarter.

3. If apartment is servicing something then they should arrange alternative, simply could not declare water shutoffs. There is no hot water at all. Recently they are telling, there is boiler problem. God knows, when will they fix'

4. Even I heard that there are rats and roaches in apartments. Advantage is, you need not take your kids to animal kingdom. It could be so harmful especially for kids. People come here to stay so that their kids will get good education as this place being in school district. (To our bad luck!)

5. It is such a big complex and there is only one exit and entrance. Few months’ back a huge tree fell down blocking all the cars and they took their own time to remove that tree. Imagine somebody has urgent work (like taking international flight) then you can not take car out.

6. Parking lot!! Do not have words to explain.
