Pl. stop these guys from renting......... not place to live

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Pl. don't even think of renting any unit in this complex. I stayed there since 2001-2003. I never , not a single day got hot water in the morning hours. Complained thousands of times, no response. Very rude staff. There are rats in the complex. Couple of my friends had rats in there units. No security. Had major theft in last few months. Parking big issue. Did I say maintenace is poor. No one will take care of your maintenace requests. No insulation. Gets cold in winter.
Not worth to stay for EVEN FREE.
Take my advice, don't even think of living in this complex.
