Fountains management is very rude and unprofessional. They don't give your deposit back. If you ask them why, you never get proper response other than arrogance. My others friends in Oakpointe also have the same experience. When we live in the sequoia equities properties they make our life hell, when we leave it, they rob our deposit. Can we do something , some legal actions against them. All the ex and present fountains residents should unite and sue these guys. I think they have a training camp where they train there staff to be rude and arrogant. We all should get together and teach these guys a lesson. Most of the tenants in fountains are -------. These people take advantage of that thing.
It is like dictatorship in fountains. Tenants cannot ask for anything , they have to depend on the favor of the office staff for basic needs like water. The CA health and consumer department should do something about it. The situation is frustating.
