I have not lived at the Fountains for long, but am very understanding about the reconstruction they are going through. Unfortunately, I'll be moving out of state, am glad to get a good deal for for the time I have been here.

In reading some of the blatant statements and reviews, some of these former residents are not very truthful. There have been many water shut-offs due to the recent construction. But the management has tried to notify us if water will shut off. They explained all of this before I moved in and I have heard them even telling new tenants to consider this before they decide to move here.

I say give them a break. They are trying to improve the complex, and keep residents happy under such a bad market.
