Horrible environment

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The maintenance is extremely unresponsive and generally incompetent. We have had persistent flooding due to blocked main pipes and nothing has been done to alleviate the problem. Minor fixes take weeks of calls/visits to office to get fixed. Complex is very loud due to gathering of children/tenants at common areas. If you want to sleep in on the weekends, forget about living here. The parking situation is terrible, with no hope of parking in the complex after 6:30pm.
