Good place , but exit plans are a ripp off

Hi!

I lived here for a short time, the place is improving, but you can forget about your deposit, either you live for a year or a Month they will eat away all the deposit. So it is not worth your while to clean up when u leave. * Not a good school district if you are renting only for the school. * Parking is packed if you are late coming in the evening.*Most of the apts are empty. Dont go by the Model apartment they show you.
