Lived there only for 2.5 mths from Feb to April. Very nice apartment with the best price/quality ratio all the less than $1000 one bedroom apartments on monthly basis. Underwent major renovation recently. A lot of new or renowated infrastructure; clean and tidy except for the smell in the hallway of the asian foods people cook there. Community predominately Indian, with Chinese neighbourhood. Friendly management, looks like the management was replaced about the time I moved in as we dealt with people who just started to work there.
