My husband and I moved in in late January 2004, at that time there were several remodel projects going on, one of which was a new gym. We were told that this would be open in late Feb/early Mar...it is now October 1st and the gym is no where near complete.

The staff is not very responsive. When we first moved in, we actually had to flag down a maintenance guy to fix some things. Meaning: they don't respond well to work orders! The actual property manager is awful. I work in Property Management and have never met anyone so out right rude. She says she will get back to you, but never does.

Parking is a joke. You are assigned one parking space and good luck getting to park there half of the time. We have had to call the "night security" on several occassions and that is a joke in its self. They can't do anything except put a note on the car. And all the office does is send out a flyer telling everyone to park in there own space. Lot of good, it is usually someone visiting that parks in the carports.

Laudry is not very adaquate. There are not enough washers/dryers and half the time they are not working well.

The street side apartments are very noisy. They have only single pane windows and they allow all the noise and weather in.

The ongoing "landscaping" is a little over the top. The grassy area in the front of the complex has been replaced at least 3 times in the last 3 months.

They have moved the mailboxes to a half covered area the is not lit at night, so I don't recommend getting your mail after dark. Not very safe.

All in all, I would not recommend this complex. The management is bad, the apartments are okay and I am dreading what they will try to charge when we move out.
