They will eat all you deposit for sure even you clean everything. Further more, they will send you the bill for re-model the apt. Don't trust their smile at the first day; it will turn into an awful face once you sign the paper. Just check how many negative reviews about this hell (except a couples posted by their employees). I paid something they promised but I never have chance to touch, such as the gym (empty room full of trash). Should I sue them for cheating' Did I say anything about broken car window, noise at midnight, no parking space, and dumping truck in early morning' Many people currently live there have even more complains.
