i liked living at sage. it's easy to figure out there would be kids running around before you move in because i saw the play ground!!! It's true that parking in the evenings can be crowded for visitors, but no one has ever taken my assigned spot which also isn't too far from the house. I am a single woman who lives alone and i've never felt unsafe. There are many families living in this complex.
When I first moved in, the garbage can sometimes did end up in the middle of the road, but since then they have constructed holding areas for them. It's a lot cleaner and i think it's safe. plus, the apartments are nice if you keep them that way.

The management is really nice and they take care of any light bulb changing, faucet leaking, etc. in a timely manner.

I'm moving out soon due to location changes... i hope what all these other people are saying about them taking all of the deposit is true!!! If it is, i'd be very disappointed because i like everything else and my apartment is very very clean.
