I just moved in a couple months ago and I would say I was quite impressed with the landscaping and the recreational facilities they had available for the price they rent for. Although there are many children, where my apartment is situated I don't really get any noise from the recreational area's and playgrounds. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who can't afford to pay a lot but wants to live in the wonderful Cupertino Area. Another plus is that this location is in a rent control area.
