I have lived here for about 8 months and if I didn't have a lease I would be out tomorrow. There are about 25 kids that play in front of my apartment everyday screaming at the top of their lungs. I have tried talking to the parents about it but they are all incredibly rude and could care less about their kids which is evident by the lack of supervision. When I was first looking at these apartments I specifically asked the management if it was a quiet environment because I was having a baby. They lied right to my face and said it was very peaceful and quiet. The management is completely useless; they just tell you what you want to hear. In fact because of all the problems I have had here my husband and I have made many complaints to the management and come to find out the manager turned around and bad mouthed us to other employees using words which should not be repeated. On my 6th month here they told me they would have to come into my apartment and do some minor repairs to the pipes. However when they came they ripped out my entire living room wall and the conditions which they produced were unlivable and all of this with a four month old baby to take care of. They were welding and banging, hammering, and painting for one week, this was just completely unbelievable to me. I could not believe that this was completely legal for them to be doing. They obviously could care less about my families comfort and well being. All of the people whom I have met that live in this community are all incredibly rude and selfish. Parking is horrible they gave us a space all the way across the building and there are never any free spaces open. It is always dark because the lights are never turned on and when I went and complained about it there was no action taken. The garbage is disgusting people are always throwing away large pieces of furniture and other odds and ends in there and then it is stacked into the parking lot when there is no more room. The only thing good I can say about this place is that it is CHEAP, but I guess you get what you pay for.
