Bad Outweighs the Good

My apartment is fairly clean and I haven't had any major problems. However, the quality of the apartment is poor. The paint job is horrible. The windows aren't double paned and Sage won't let you hang up curtains therefore it's freezing in the winter. What I found most frustrating is when they entered my apartment with out notifying me to redo ALL of the pipes. They did a horrible job and left permanent scratches in the floor which of course I will be blamed for.
The kids are another big discredit to this apartment complex. They run around screaming until it gets dark. They trample through the landscaped plants, run and scream through the hallways with no regard for people who live in the apartments.
What is also frustrating is that I have seen multiple times 4-5 people living in a one bedroom apartment. I KNOW that these are extended visitors and are not on the lease. However, I am paying for the water that they use.
This all goes to horrible management as they should keep better tabs on the tenants and the kids who go gallavanting carelessly among the complex.
