One thing that should be improved is the security, which is basically non-existent.
The place is wide open for people to walk through. Teenagers from the neighborhood
are seen shortcutting through the complex'
grounds frequently. I think Sage is making itself open for lawsuits, because someday
something will happen ...
Other than that, the place improved with the
new management staff. They seem to be trying
real hard to make things better at Sage.
Time will tell!

I agree. There is a very large problem with non-resident teenagers in the parking lot at night and on the weekends, partying, skateboarding, smoking, and drinking. They leave empty bottles, can's, and fast food bags. They are fairly intimidating, leaning and sitting on your car, and act obnoxiously if you drive through the area they are at or go near them. This has been a continuous problem for the last 2 years at least.
