My late husband and I moved into this complex when it was the Fontains in the mid 80's. We lived there for about 5 years. It was called The Fountains because there were 2 fountains at the front. The maintenance staff was available 24/7. The management never tolerated loud noise even during the day. The only problem we had was when the stove exploded and caused the power to go out. But that was then. It is a shame that it has gone down hill.

I wasn't here before this time but yup, I agree with your assessment. Moved out not too long ago. They rip you off your deposit regardless of what you do.
