Bad Maintanance bad management, hopefully they will improve

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Rain problem: Patio is full of water and it is falling from the above balcony, where the floor is not waterproof. it is build from wooden strips so its raining inside the patio.
Maintainance: When I moved in, they had promised a new carpet and new refrigerator and didn't had any. The carpet is really bad and the most they could do was to clean it after a month. The apartment wasn't cleaned, lot of cockroaches, gas wasn't working to name a few from a long list of problems which took them 2 months to fix.
Management: management keeps on changing and most of the time it is bad. The only good and professional manager so far was Tom, who was transferred in 3 months.
