The rent is reasonable. The manager is good, comes to fix things as needed. The pool and grass are well maintained. Small good community. You can watch your kids playing even by staying in your apt. For the price you are paying, this is really good. Do not expect things to excellent for the price you are paying. Except that the land lord has conditions on the # of plants, and does not allow your kids bikes to be kept under the steps.
