My rent 2br/2bath 1100 sqf
= $2398.00 month $2.18 per sqf
Cars owned = 2
Parking spots assigned = 1 (good lighting)

Good:
Great location and schools.
Nice pool
Staff never comes around.

Bad:
Very Very Very fast driving through the apt streets.
Hwy 280 traffic noise.
Not diverse enough (92.1% middle easternens)

Apartment conditions:
Old but classy
No AC
small W/D

Overall OK community, but for the price I would
keep searching.
